24 hour proven dough

At Il Capitanos our dough is made on site using 4 ingredients.

Flour, Salt, Water and Yeast.

We double ferment our dough to ensure a pizza which is rich in flavour, with a distinctively airy crust. We top our pizza's using the best quality Italian Tomatoes and the finest Fior Di Latte Mozzarella to provide you with the most authentic Pizza this side of Naples.

Alongside our award winning Pizza's we have created a Pasta menu take your experience to the next level.

We have Italian staple dishes alongside some Il Capitano's specials to ensure every one of our customer's leaves full, happy and dreaming about their meal for days after.
